4th of July 2015
is upon us. No doubt you are looking for the best fireworks displays in North Texas, or the best place to watch fireworks this year as you celebrate Independence Day 2015! Below are a few of the can’t miss events:
Mckinney: Red, White and Boom!
This event is free to the public and begins at 9:45 in the Craig Ranch Soccer Complex (6375 Collin Mckinney Parkway). Get there early to find parking! Laser tag, video game food trucks, live music and more!
Addison: Kaboom Town! Kaboom is a nationally-recognized fireworks show in North Texas! Food, games, musical entertainment and more!
Fair Park: The 4th at Fair Park: Games, carnival rides, paddle boats, live music, and discounted tickets to the museums! Admission to the event is FREE and you can park on the fair grounds for $5.00. * The dart green line will also run to the event. Fireworks begin at 9:45.
Lone Star Park: Lone Stars and Stripes: Grand Prairie’s celebration includes pony rides, face-painting, bounce-houses, race-horses…and of course-fireworks! General admission is $5.00 for everyone over three, and event parking is $10-20.00.
Fort Worth: Fort Worth’s Fourth: The party starts at 2:00 pm at this 4th of July celebration dubbed “The largest fireworks display in North Texas”. Tubing, live music from Jimmy Buffett. Fireworks display at dark! General admission is free, but check out the link for parking information and cost.
Dallas: Myerson Symphony Center: One of the few INDOOR and air-conditioned fireworks displays in Texas. Tickets range from $16-38.00. Enjoy the 4th with class!
